I am a huge fan of European cinema. My favorite European films usually come from Sweden, France, and Italy. Every now and then I will blog about films I am going to see or are buying, that are foreign films. This week I am going to buy the French-Italian movie "The Last Mistress"( Une
vieille maîtresse). It appears to be a very well done, romantic movie. It is known for its provocative nature, so this film is not for everyone but for those who love films with beauty, the exquisiteness of quality costumes, good storylines, and historical content. I came across this AMAZING band called The Dirty Pearls. They are 100% New York City rock n roll!! If you're cool and live in NYC-chances are you probably already know about this band. They're a new band so keep your eye out for them. You can go out and buy they're two singels, "New York City is a Drug" and "Who's coming back to who." Long Live Rock N Roll

Tonight, while in the mist of listening to some rock n roll music, I wanted to dedicate a blog post mainly to the wonderful and amazing world of punk rock and rockabilly fashion and attitude. Punk Rock and Rockabilly(as well as any form of rock n roll music) is a way of life and aesthetics. Words cannot describe how I feel-so much love and pride-proud to be a rocker! I will never forget the first time I saw a punk rocker-I was smitten by the way they dressed and they're attitudes. They put so much thought and passion into how they put things together-everything from they're hair to they're outstanding body piercings and tattoos. Punk rock is a major factor of the Sleaze Metal look, too. It influences almost all forms of rock and heavy metal music...it's just so beautiful. This is for all the beautiful tattooed, pierced, punk rock, and rock n roll people.

New Merch from Black Rain and PlayRocker of the Month!

French Sleaze band, Black Rain are definitely not what you think of when you think of France. I believe this band will be the next big thing from this country, considering the fact that there are not many bands from France who are worth getting into. I've always wanted to found a really good band from France to get into( need a little encouragment to start taking those French classes seriously). And as popular as France is in American media(and life), it was sad to think that they had no good rock n roll scences...but we don't have to worry about that anymore! So-go buy they're music!-and they're cool new merch!
ps. Swan Hellion is our PlayRocker of the Month!-He's THE ideal French man. I use to hate having to listen to the New Yorker girls fall out they're seats over some boring, gayish French model, and read all the books that tell you, you should have an affair with some boring French guy before you die, I never thought there was anyone from France who looked like THIS! He's French, Rock n Roll, Sleazy, and has a tattoo on his stomach that says, "Fuck off"?-you don't get anymore DREAMING than that!

Vains of Jenna music video

If you've been on my blog, you probably already know that I absolutely LOVE Swedish band Vains of Jenna's new album, Reverse Tripped. I listen to it all the time, and I have to say I think this album is going to be one of the best albums of 2011. So if you still haven't gotten this album-go out and buy it! You and your money will be very, very happy. It's so rock n roll, and all things SLEAZE!...The new singer, Jesse Forte(yes he's American-not Swedish-Cali raised!) KILLED IT with this one!

We are the Fallen Angels.

Black Veil Brides released they're new single, "Fallen Angels" for the upcoming album "Set the world on Fire"(who's released date is June 14th-mark your calendars) early in May and the video release for this song is set for May 16th. This song is too good for words, it leaves me breathless and all I can say is-that these guys understand what it means to love rock n roll. I am touched by the lyrics and the hearts of these young musicians.Just when we thought American rock n roll was dead, these guys came out of nowhere..They are our Fallen Angels. Get ready, because when this album drops its going to set the world on fire!
